CALM & CO-REGULATION
Calm & Co-Regulation sessions offer a gentle, safe and supportive space for both children and adults to settle, regulate and reconnect with their nervous system.
Rather than focusing on deep emotional release, these sessions prioritise safety, grounding and stability. Many people today live in a constant state of overwhelm, anxiety or sensory overload. These experiences can leave the body feeling on edge, disconnected or exhausted. Co-regulation supports the nervous system to return to a state of calm through presence, attunement and gentle guidance.
Each session is intuitive, trauma-informed and guided by what your body or your child’s body needs in the moment. There is no pressure to lie still, talk, or engage in any particular way. The focus is simply on creating an environment where the body feels safe enough to begin settling.
Support may include a combination of grounding practices, breath, gentle touch, sound, and guided presence.

For Children & Families
Children often regulate through connection, not instruction. These sessions are child-led and centred around safety, playfulness and trust.
A parent or caregiver is involved in the consent process and remains present throughout. When children are unable or unwilling to engage directly, support can take place through co-regulation with the parent or caregiver. This allows the child’s nervous system to settle indirectly through the safety of their primary relationship.
There is no expectation for children to sit still, lie down or talk. The space is designed to meet them exactly where they are.
